 Pay system
The Group's pay policy is founded on four criteria: equality, transparence, motivation and performance management. Basic pay is systematically higher than national agreement levels by branch. Collective profit-sharing schemes exist in many subsidiaries. Individual performance is rewarded with target-related bonuses linked to operating results and turnover for sales and operational staff, and on achievement of results for functional staff (administration, HR, Quality…) Retirement, providence and health insurance cover add distinct advantages to our overall pay policy.

 Interview with Human Resources Management
It is of primary importance to welcome new members of staff: both our brand image and the motivation of these new colleagues are at stake.
Our welcome and integration procedure is based on three principles:
- involvement of the immediate superior to facilitate integration into the team
- rapid dissemination of information about the Group (welcome booklet, CD Rom on the Group's professions, Intranet…)
- patronage by a more long-standing colleague, proof of the care we take to build loyalty.

 Testimonial from an employee
TESTIMONIAL FROM AN ONET EXECUTIVE: FRANCOIS MATHIEU, ONET AGENCY MANAGER at ISLE D'ABEAU
After my masters in biochemistry and a postgraduate degree in pharmacokinetics, I did a doctorate in pharmacotoxology in 1988 at the C.E.A. Cogema financed my studies. In January 1989, under a CIFRE contract, I joined the Nuclear and Ultra-cleaning Department of the ONET group. My first duties were to develop our activities in the health sector (hospitals, clinics…)
In 1991, I became Activities Manager for the Health sector in the Cleaning Branch of the Group, now called ONET SERVICES.
In 1996 I was nominated manager of all ultra-cleaning activities. This brings together the Health Sector and also the Food industry.
In 1998, I became supervisor for two agencies (Saint Etienne and Roanne): in this position I have practically the same responsibilities as a real company director. The Agency Manager post is demanding but fascinating.
Since 2000 I have been managing the Isle d'Abeau and Main A.T. ONET agencies which contribute to our Group's new activity: multiservices.
When I look back on the career path I have had with ONET over the last twelve years, I realise that every time my post has changed, it has involved greater responsibility and more rewarding missions.
