Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
o Receives deliveries and ensures they meet specifications
o Organizes the products
o Prepares orders and packages products
o Arranges for their shipment
o Stores products in accordance with company guidelines
o Records and tracks inventory items
o Conducts inventory counts
As a hands-on professional, you are known for your teamwork skills, your professionalism, your reliability, your versatility, your organizational skills, your ability to manage priorities, and your ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
The expected cross-disciplinary skills are :
o Proper handling techniques and body positioning
o Inventory and procurement management
o Use of a PDA and/or inventory management software
o Knowledge of inventory techniques
o Authorization to operate certain types of transportation equipment
o Compliance with regulations and safety instructions
