Job offer Digital transformation project manager F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Reporting to the "Engineering and services for dismantling and waste management" Operational Department and supporting the Head of Onet Technologies' Digital Transformation Unit, you will actively contribute to the operational performance, modernization and digital transformation of the businesses.

Your role revolves around two major, complementary areas:

Business Solutions & Innovation: ensure runtime, manage upgrades and support new digital projects to meet business needs.

Digital Acculturation & Transformation: support teams in adopting tools, structuring usage and disseminating a shared digital culture.

Your main tasks are as follows:

1. Ensure the RUN of the Operational Management software and applications:

Ensure the operational and functional management of the business tools and applications used by the Operations Department;
Act as the main point of contact for users within the scope of the application (functional support, guidance, best practices)
Monitor and manage anomalies, enhancement requests, patches and improvements, in liaison with DSIN and software publishers;
Guarantee the functional consistency of applications and their compliance with business processes;
Ensure financial control: monitor licenses, associated budgets, renewals, and optimize costs.

2. Manage new digital projects for the Operations Division:

Be the entry point for all new digital needs;
Lead the upstream phases: requirements gathering, business workshops, usage analysis, internal/external benchmarking, etc;
Write EPDs (Digital Project Studies), including scope, challenges, ROI/business value, risks and recommendations;
Propose existing solutions where possible (pooling, rationalization);
In coordination with DAMO and DSIN, study and co-construct new solutions, from scoping to implementation;
Ensure the deployment of data governance ;
Follow projects through to deployment and ensure functional administration by the business: planning, coordination, testing, change management, training, documentation, communication;
Ensure project portfolio consistency, priorities and business value

3. Business Solutions & Innovation :

Contribute to drafting the digital aspects of calls for tender, in conjunction with the operational and sales departments;
Promote Onet Technologies' expertise in customer responses and support;
Participate in designing and updating the catalog of digital tools and services (scope, uses, pricing, etc.);
Participate in innovation initiatives: POCs, pilots, feedback, technology watch, etc;
Participate in trade fairs, forums and events dedicated to digital technology and innovation

Your assets

You have at least 5 years' similar experience and a good knowledge of (or an appetite for) the nuclear sector.

You have :

a good understanding of digital environments: business applications, workflows, integration, cybersecurity aspects;
-an ability to analyze a business need and translate it into functional specifications;
-a mastery of project methods (V cycle, agile, project rituals);

Knowledge of IS environments, operations and financial management of solutions is appreciated.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and a sense of service.

The position can be based in Marseille or Pierrelatte.

National travel is to be expected.
