Within our unit specialized in the processing of aeronautical parts, we are looking for a Flow Carrier Logistics Agent to join our team.

As part of a 20-strong team, you will be an essential link in our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.

You will be multi-skilled in all areas of the business: receiving, internal flows, external deliveries and loading the IDF shuttle.

Your main responsibilities will be :

Reception area

Unload parcels from the 5 a.m. IDF shuttle
Physically receive parcels and welcome drivers.
Inspect packages quantitatively and qualitatively.
Expressing reservations
Identify parcels by labelling them with the reception number.
Transmit documents to the administrative department in compliance with file creation procedures.
Make parcels available for routing according to customer instructions (civil, military, subcontracting).
Cleaning containers

Internal Flow section - Forklift operator

Routes parts to the company's various departments via the departure and arrival stations in place.
Identify the handling equipment to be used.
Identify whether the part can be transported: packaging to guarantee internal transport according to existing operating procedures.
Assemble packaging to supply workshops

Outside deliveries

Deliver parts to local subcontractors (in Châtellerault) by LCV

Physical shipping section

Loading parcels for the 6 p.m. IDF shuttle service
Strapping packages in preparation for shipment to the storage platform

Your assets

You have logistics training as a material handler or have significant experience in this field (mastery of handling equipment and packaging of sensitive parts).

You must hold a CACES 5 and a B driving license.

You have a good command of IT tools (in particular SAP and the Office pack).

If you hold CACES R489 1, 2, 3 and 5. CACES R485 cat.2 would be a plus.

English is a plus.

Thoroughness, punctuality, responsiveness and autonomy are essential qualities for success in this position, as is team spirit.
