Reporting to the OT HR Director, the Occupational Safety Manager recommends and coordinates the Occupational Safety Management System (OSMS) and ensures its operational deployment within his or her scope.
Your missions are varied:
You are responsible for managing Onet Technologies' workplace safety organization.
You are in charge of the workplace safety policy and ensure its deployment within all Onet Technologies entities.
You coordinate all Onet Technologies' workplace safety teams and ensure they have the right level of skills,
You carry out workplace safety audits/visits and implement related improvement action plans.
You monitor the accidentology of Onet Technologies entities, diagnose and ensure that the causes of any discrepancies are corrected.
You ensure, directly in the field, that the requirements relating to the integrated management system are established, applied and maintained within ONET Technologies.
You oversee the updating of integrated management system procedures and procedures linked to customer requirements, and contribute to their deployment.
You are responsible for deploying and implementing the procedure for training and maintaining staff skills.
You lead the policy of maintaining and upgrading skills by piloting the implementation of on-the-job training courses to guarantee the right technical gestures at all levels.
Working with the Technical Director, you will manage the skills management and mapping tool, and ensure its deployment within Onet Technologies.
You ensure that Onet Technologies' technical standards comply with the company's challenges and customer requirements and standards.
You coordinate the organization, planning and execution of internal audits,
You prepare and take part in external and supplier audits.
You comply with and ensure compliance with instructions and requirements relating to quality, safety, health, occupational safety, the environment and radiation protection (Q3SER).
With 5 years' higher education, you have over 10 years' experience in safety, health and security in heavy industry such as nuclear, oil & gas, chemicals or construction.
Ideally, you have significant experience as a multi-site safety manager.
You have an operational knowledge of the business.
You are familiar with standards and procedures, and the principles of certification and auditing (NF, MASE, ISAO).
You are a good communicator and have a good command of tools for monitoring and reporting performance indicators.
