Job offer Office Manager F/H Alternance Paris (75)

Sinteo is recruiting an Office Mangager F/H on a work-study basis, reporting to our RRH to support employees in their development and day-to-day work.

Based in the Paris offices (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main tasks will be to:

Personnel administration: entry, exit, payroll, RUP, expense accounts, leave, IT equipment (computer, telephone, etc.).
Training plan: agreements, relations with OPCOs, budget monitoring, organization of in-house training courses...
Health and safety: monitoring of personal protective equipment, regulatory posters, compliance of premises and equipment, fire drills, etc.
Recruitment and employer branding, with the recruitment manager: sourcing, pre-qualification interviews, organization of interviews, participation in trade fairs, etc.
Quality of life at work: events, seminars, partner management (Gymlib, fruit, coffee...)
General services (Office manager): management of service providers, material orders (stationery, IT, etc.)

Above all, we're looking for someone who's motivated, who'll thrive and get involved in their assignments. As an SME, our missions are varied and rapidly evolving. You're studying for a bachelor's degree in administrative management and human resources.
