Assist the Operations Manager in planning and organizing operational activities.
Participate in the management of human and material resources required for the smooth running of the operation.
Contribute to the optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular activity reports.
Collaborate with various departments (production, logistics, quality, etc.) to ensure effective coordination.
Participate in the development and implementation of measures to ensure health and safety in the workplace.
Be a driving force behind the continuous improvement of working methods and processes.

Your assets

You are a student studying for a 5-year degree in engineering, methods and processes, or logistics.

You have:
- An interest in operations and flow management.

- Good organizational and planning skills .

- Initiative and ability to manage teams

You are a natural leader and like to move around. Travel is included in the job description.
