You are responsible for the administrative and paperless management of all employees.
Your main tasks are :
Administrative management
Support for department operations
You are comfortable using office and accounting tools, as well as IT tools and web resources.
You are responsive, able to anticipate needs and have a keen sense of organization.
Rigor, method and autonomy are essential qualities, as is diplomacy in interactions. You must also have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and be reliable in carrying out your assignments. A strong customer focus, both internal and external, is necessary to succeed in this role.
