For our Regional Division in Roissy en France, we are recruiting a Branch Assistant.
HR MISSIONS
- Collect and check variable payroll data (absences, clocking in and out, overtime and overtime, receipts, etc.),
- Check payroll items with operators at closing (payroll blanks).
- Complete DUE hiring declarations and forward documents to the agency for contract completion.
- Follow up on on-site medical examinations, make appointments and hand-deliver summonses to employees, and send the necessary information to the agency for registration in HR ACCESS.
- Participate in payroll meetings with agency administrative staff.
- Monitor site disciplinary measures, draw up documents and have them validated in accordance with Group procedures.
- Act as a link between site operations and the facility, and manage administrative tasks related to site life.
- Carry out clockings, ensure their reliability, enter them into the payroll software, and transmit the clocking table, comments and supporting documents for the payroll.
- Monitor training courses (CACES, gestures and postures, SST....) / On-site tracking table and shared on the common system, management of invitations, sessions and documentation at the agency with training departments.
- Check temporary work invoices at least twice a week with operations, for transmission to the Establishment, which immediately registers them.
- Monitor orders and manage the transmission of personal protective equipment
- If necessary, take part in and organize on-site recruitment campaigns, promote the company's image to new recruits, organize induction sessions and prepare administrative files.
- Participate with operations in HR interviews.
- Participate in operations meetings.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Enter expense reports on the site,
- Place and manage supplier orders of less than €500 and transmit the elements.
- Collect, process, organize and summarize information (files, graphs, tables, meeting minutes....)
- Monitor consumables (customer and site interface)
- Place and track miscellaneous orders
- Assist the QSE with administrative tasks in case of absence,
- These missions are not exhaustive.
- Carries out its missions with rigor, organization and professionalism,
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software packages,
- Knowledge of social and labor legislation,
- Respect health and safety rules.
Trained to Bac +2 level in payroll, HR or administration or SME/SMI management or equivalent,
You have a real ability to adapt.
You are organized, autonomous and rigorous.
You have a good command of IT tools and knowledge of labor law.
