Based at the company's head office in Grenoble, as aSales Administration Assistant, you will be involved in all administrative aspects of sales operations. You will be responsible for the company's sales reporting. You will carry out all sales operations for the key accounts you manage. As such, you will have 2 main areas of responsibility:
Management of entrusted customer accounts
Business organization and continuous improvement
Specifically for this position, your scope of responsibility is extended to the logistics activity and is characterized as follows:
You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Your knowledge of the company's activities and organization, as well as your mastery of the Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are major assets in your mission. Mastery of specific software, such as Sage X3 or PRAXEDO, would be a plus.
Your rigor, organizational skills and ability to analyze and summarize enable you to deal effectively with customer feedback and formulate appropriate responses. You are also recognized for your ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
You know how to update dashboards and reporting tools, analyze information from the ERP system, and comply with contractual obligations linked to the customers you manage.
Your customer focus, combined with a real ability to adapt, makes you a key contact both internally and externally.
