Your mission

We are recruiting for our ARRAS agency a :

 

QSE Assistant F/H

 

The QSE Assistant supports the Quality team and reports directly to the QSE Manager. He/she organizes and coordinates internal and external information relating to the operation of his/her entity, and contributes to the smooth running of the department. 

He/she is responsible for managing the quality, safety and environment system to guarantee the expected level of performance (safety, quality, deadlines). 

You will be required to carry out the following tasks:

 - Monitor and analyze various indicators,

- Present indicators quarterly at customer meetings,

- Manage the QSE management system on a daily basis,

- Carry out safety checks for new employees,

- Ensure that QSE processes are applied,

- Plan and organize quality controls,

- Drive improvement through preventive and/or corrective actions,

- Contribute to the implementation of MASE certification,

. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that agencies meet their safety-related regulatory obligations,

. Update and create Health & Safety documents (information, REX, procedures, instructions, etc.),

 . Some customer site visits,

 

The profile is open to promotion to QSE Manager (maitrise).

Your assets

With a BAC+2 to BAC+3 in QSE or equivalent, you have 1st experience or a significant internship.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.

Required qualities: good interpersonal skills, ability to summarize, good oral communication skills, ability to listen and make suggestions.
