The technical manager plays a key role: he/she is responsible for the permanent and effective management of the company's transport activities (goods and people), and manages all aspects: technical, human, budgetary and regulatory.
Reporting to the general management of our cleaning activities, your main tasks will be :
-Verification of transport contracts and documents:
You check and validate transport contracts and ensure that all transport documents comply with regulatory requirements.
-Implementation and monitoring of safety procedures:
You set up and check safety procedures related to transport.
You train staff in current safety standards.
-Regulatory watch :
You keep abreast of changes in regulations governing the transport of people and goods.
You adapt internal procedures in line with legislative changes.
-Site audit :
You will audit the sites where we carry out transport activities.
You write audit reports and propose corrective actions.
-Support and advice :
You will provide support and advice to the network and to management on our transport services and the management of these activities.
You provide ongoing training for teams on best practices and new regulations.
You have a degree in logistics, transport or a related field, as well as certified training in the transport of people and goods.
You have up-to-date certificates of competency (goods and passenger in LV and HGV) and in-depth knowledge of heavy and light transport standards and regulations.
With excellent organizational and project management skills, you have the ability to carry out audits and write detailed reports.
You have good communication skills and can make suggestions.
Regular travel is required throughout France.
