Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will work directly with the HR team and all the company's employees.
Externally, you will be in contact with social organizations, OPCO, training organizations, schools/universities.
Your main tasks will be :
- Monitor recruitment and create files for open-ended contracts, fixed-term contracts and work-study contracts
- Update contractual documents: amendments
- Training: set up training plans and manage files with organizations
- Labor relations: preparation of documents for employee representative bodies
- Participate in payroll checks (check for errors, manage forms attached to pay slips, etc.)
- Check compliance of employment of foreign workers and statutory training courses
- Manage HR dashboards and prepare indicators.
Ideally, you have a BAC+2 to BAC+4 degree and initial experience in a large group or medium-sized company. You are familiar with the fundamentals of labor law, HR management software and Excel.
You communicate fluently both orally and in writing.
This position is to be filled to replace a maternity leave (6 months).
This position may be subject to an administrative inquiry (nuclear/defense).
