We are recruiting a Design Manager F/H to join our IDF region design office in Suresnes (92).
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Understand and analyze customer/prospect needs by conducting site visits in support of the sales team;
- Research technical solutions compatible with customer objectives;
. Technical costing and sizing of resources and other means ;
- Draft technical briefs and commercial offers;
- Ensure the technical and financial consistency of bids and services;
- Participate in tender reviews and liaise with operating teams during site deployment;
- Revise commercial offers according to customer/prospect requests;
- Maintain business monitoring dashboards, including in-progress quotes and conversion rates;
You have a first successful experience in costing complex offers (public and private) within a BtoB services company (facility management, cleaning, multi-services).
Rigorous, curious and creative, you are able to propose innovative solutions to customers and prospects. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.
You have a flair for figures and are recognized for your writing skills. You have a perfect command of office automation tools, particularly Excel.
