Job offer Logistics Project Manager F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

As a Project Manager at Onet Logistique, you will play a key role in drawing up responses to calls for tender and creating tailor-made sales proposals.

You will be in charge of analyzing customer needs, drafting offers and presenting them at sales presentations across France. You could be based in Marseille, Tours or Toulouse.

You will work closely with the Design Office Manager to ensure consistency of proposals and maximize business development opportunities.

Reporting to the Design Office Manager, your main tasks will be :

Drafting commercial offers: Prepare detailed offers in response to invitations to tender, integrating specific customer requirements and technical and financial aspects.
Participation in project presentations: Present proposals at project presentations, defend proposals to customers, and adjust solutions according to feedback received. Regular travel will be required for project presentations.
Collaboration with the Design Office Manager: Work with the Design Office Manager to refine offers and ensure their conformity with customer needs and expectations.
Bid and project follow-up: Follow up submitted bids, coordinate internal stakeholders, and travel to meet customers and adjust proposals if necessary.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the progress of bids, the results of support sessions, and business opportunities to the Design Office Manager.
Competitive analysis: Carry out competitive analyses to identify market trends and best practices, in order to adjust offers and sales strategies.
Sales documentation management: Maintain up-to-date offer documentation, including data sheets, quotations and contracts, to ensure conformity and accessibility of information.
Contract negotiation support: Assist the Design Office Manager in contract negotiations by providing data and analysis to support discussions with customers.

Your assets

You have a 3/5-year degree in logistics.

You have initial experience in the logistics sector as a project manager, methods engineer or equivalent.

You have experience in project management and know how to meet deadlines.

You have a good command of IT tools, in particular the Office package.

You're keen to develop your dimensioning and costing skills.

You are recognized for your innovative spirit, customer service skills, autonomy and proactivity.

Regular travel in France is required for this position.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
