Job offer Site manager MNE SUD F/H CDI Drôme (26)

Our Villejust (91) branch groups together two main activities: support for operations, dismantling, clean-up and nuclear waste management for our CEA customers, and expertise in radiological investigation, nuclear measurements and waste management (MNE).

We are looking for a Site Manager to supervise our nuclear sites, with a focus on the MNE business. You will be responsible for managing teams and work, ensuring safety and the smooth running of sites.

Your missions will be as follows:

Team management: supervising on-site teams, ensuring safety and maintaining a good social climate.

Site management: plan work, monitor technical feasibility, coordinate subcontractors and propose technical solutions.

Reporting & Customer relations: Monitor work on a daily basis and maintain constant communication with the customer.

Position based locally in Pierrelatte (26) with travel throughout France depending on activity.

Your assets

With a Bac/bac +2 type of training, you have proven experience in site management and supervision of work teams in an industrial and/or nuclear context.

You have a good knowledge of nuclear site requirements.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
