Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
The Onet Group is recruiting a Quality Project Manager F/H as part of a work-study program.
As part of the Onet Group's Strategy and Transformation department, your main tasks will be :
Quality :
- Animation of the documentary corpus to ensure its relevance and efficiency (verification of distribution workflows, updating of the database, contributor to associated projects).
Lean Management :
- Deployment of Lean Management standards (flow studies, 5S, tack-time, visual management, etc.)
- Development of the necessary tools, with support from the internal network.
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process and implementation of operational projects.
Project Support :
- Assistance with support projects, including report writing and other necessary tasks.
- Preparation for a Bac+4 diploma in quality management systems or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate numerous cross-functional exchanges.
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and lean management tools
- Versatility, ability to adapt to a culture of change and cross-functional project management skills.
- Available for occasional travel.
