Job offer: Demolition/Waste Team Leader M/F Permanent contract Drôme (26)

As part of our activities at the Framatome ROMANS site, we are looking for a team leader to supervise and coordinate dismantling and waste management operations.

Reporting to the site manager, the team leader organizes, supervises, and monitors the operational activities of their team, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements.

As a team leader, you will be required to:

Organize and plan work according to priorities and available resources.

Supervise and lead a team of operators, ensuring the distribution of tasks and the monitoring of assigned missions.

Ensure the proper application of procedures, operating methods, and instructions in force.

Check the information in the tracking documents and reports related to operations,

Ensure that the site is well organized and clean, and that the equipment provided is in good working order.

Play an active role in maintaining safety, security, and radiation protection conditions for the entire team.

Provide regular reports to management on the progress of work and any anomalies.
