Logistics Team Leader

As a work-study logistician, you will have the opportunity to gain practical and rewarding experience within our logistics team.

Here's an overview of the tasks that will be entrusted to you:

Organization :

· Organize, supervise and lead the team leader and logistics agents.

· Prevent conflicts and ensure the proper management of the social climate within the team.

· Optimize the team's skills, mentor and energize it.

· Manage and evaluate staff under his/her direct authority.

· Propose and implement any measures to improve the organization.

· Fill in the Quality/Safety indicators and the previously defined dashboards.

· Participate in staff planning and organization.

Customer Relations :

· Ensure a regular customer relationship, ensure their satisfaction and follow customer standards.

· Represent and defend the interests of Onet Logistique with customers.

· Ensure a close relationship with the carrier to ensure smooth operations.

Management :

· Monitor and be responsible for the hours of the work, ensuring that deadlines are met and the quality of the services provided.

As a logistics trainee, you will be fully integrated into our team and work on one of our logistics sites, immersed in an in-situ environment.
