We are recruiting a team leader F/H in Le Puy en Velay (43):
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
Framing
- Coordinate and lead a team of service agents
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions
- Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work.
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed and that PPE is used.
- Welcoming new recruits and temporary workers
Site follow-up
- Supervise work, monitor progress and ensure completion
- Monitor work performed and pass on information to line management.
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
Customer relations
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answer customer questions
Your profile:
You have initial managerial and technical experience in the cleaning sector.
Organized and with good interpersonal skills, you manage your activity in line with customer expectations and agency guidelines.

- Opening hours :
Monday: 6am - 9.15am
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 6am - 9.15am and 4pm - 8pm
Friday: 6am - 10am
Saturday: 6am - 8am and 4pm - 8pm
- Contract duration: Full-time permanent contract
- Remuneration: Team leader level 1
