Supervise service agents (around 20 people) and set an example.
Guarantee the technical and administrative management of the sector entrusted to you.
Draw up work schedules for your team.
Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and provide solutions.
Ensure that service agents are trained, empowered and able to carry out cleaning tasks.
Manage product, equipment and linen inventories and distribution.
Carry out work in accordance with your line manager's instructions, and monitor progress and completion.
Check compliance with specifications.
Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that Personal Protective Equipment is used.
Check that waste is properly sorted and disposed of.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the area entrusted to you.
Maintain a permanent customer interface and answer customer questions.

Working week: 35H
Start time: 3:00 or 4:00 p.m.
Flexibility: weekdays, weekends and holidays

Your assets

With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.

Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.

You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets in your dealings with colleagues and customers alike.

Computer literate (Pack Office).
