We are recruiting for our South-East Regional Division a :
Management controller - Part-time F/H
As a member of the Finance Department team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Reporting:
- Preparation and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals.
2. Dashboard updating (TDB):
- Regular updating of existing dashboards.
- Creation of new TDBs according to identified needs.
3. Entering provisions:
- Participation in the entry and monitoring of accounting provisions.
- Verification of accuracy of data entered.
4. Participation in closing operations:
- Contribution to monthly, half-yearly and annual closing operations.
5. Entry of supplier invoices:
- Entry and follow-up of supplier invoices in the accounting tool.
- Verification of invoice conformity.
6. Follow-up of collections:
- Follow-up of customer overdue accounts and updating of follow-up tables.
- Analysis of collection times and proposal of actions to improve the situation.
7. Follow-up on national customers:
- Make sure that the agencies have entered the RFA (year-end discounts) for the customer and that they have taken back the provision when the invoice has been paid.
- Make sure that the revaluations for GC (key accounts) and national customers have been entered in our module.
8. Help in preparing budgets:
- Contribute to gathering the data needed to draw up budgets.
- Assistance in the preparation of presentation documents for the various budget phases, i.e. year-end landing, budget and reforecast.
9. Group regulations and processes:
- Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on internal processes.
- Participation in bringing practices into line with Group processes.
10. General support:
- Assists with specific projects related to management control.
- Collaborate with financial and operational teams to improve processes.
You are preparing a Bac +3 or Bac +5 degree, equivalent to a BUT GEA or Master CGAO in work-study.
You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
