Job offer QSE Coordinator - Alternance F/H Alternance Seine et Marne (77)

For a period of 1 or 2 years, you will join the QSE department. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the team by contributing to various tasks related to quality, safety and the environment. In this capacity, you will be offered a variety of tasks:

Quality assignments :

- Prepare ISO9001 and APSAD certification audits:

Implement and monitor the action plan following our ISO 9001/APSAD certification audit.
Lead the preparation of branch audits with stakeholders (branch managers, other business referents).
Carry out internal quality audits as part of our ISO 9001 / APSAD audit plan
Monitor and coordinate Agency quality actions in our general acciline action plan

- Improving the documentation system :

Maintain the ISO 9001 QMS system (action plan follow-up, process majors, procedures, forms and operating modes) in our EDM.
Support agency staff in using internal tools (training, familiarization sessions, etc.)
Be proactive in improving our processes/procedures
Participate in defining the Quality Assurance Plan

- Reporting :

Monitor and update quality indicators
Manage customer non-compliance
Participate in drawing up the Quality Management Review

Safety missions :

- Participate in accident analysis

- Managing incidents and near misses

- Conduct safety talks

- Monitor and coordinate safety actions in the field

- Raising awareness of major risks (electrical, gestures and postures, machine/tools....)

- Respond to safety-related requests from internal departments (=expertise)

- Training contractors Agency

- Coordinate Agency contractors and the Agency Prevention Plan database.

Environmental missions :

- Track déchet" agency waste management

- Monitor OSST and ONET environmental actions

Your assets

At the start of the 2024 academic year, you would like to pursue your studies by enrolling in a Master 1 or Master 2 in QSE. You have good organizational skills and are recognized for your team spirit, adaptability and rigor.
