Onet Security is recruiting an Operational Performance Manager to support its development and the structuring of its activities at national level.

Based at the head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the General Manager of human security activities, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational processes within a network of some twenty agencies, and will interface with the various departments in the business unit.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze and optimize work methods to improve efficiency
Define and formalize all operational methods and processes (planning, payroll, invoicing, collection, etc.)
Identify and recommend areas for improvement in order to optimize processes, then monitor and arbitrate the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure that the resources required to support and deploy solutions are adequate
Measure and validate the efficiency of new processes, ensuring that change management is well prepared.
Enforce and monitor planning policy within the network
Help optimize the profitability of each branch and suggest areas for improvement.
Evaluate training needs and organize sessions, then ensure that acquired skills are maintained
Guarantee the success of key account start-ups and compliance with customer commitments
Ensure that customer specifications match the resources deployed
Carry out audits of branches and strategic sites
Consolidate indicators and ensure regular reporting to General Management

Your assets

You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, or in a managerial role in the private security sector.

Ideally, you have a good command of regulations and the fundamentals of the business, and demonstrate a strong results-oriented culture.

Autonomous and rigorous, you stand out for your organizational skills and your ability to deal with the unexpected. A good listener and teacher, you have a sense of service and are able to adapt to a variety of contacts.

You have a good command of IT tools, particularly planning software.
