Onet Security, Electronique & Accueil is recruiting a Sales Manager to boost its sales development.
Based at the head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Development Director, you will manage sales activity and ensure the development of national sales.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
With a university degree (BAC+5), you have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position, acquired in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the security or hospitality sectors.
Customer relationship management and business development hold no secrets for you. As a networker, you are able to feed back information from the field and pass it on with a view to generating business. Preferably, you are familiar with local decision-makers and principals, and are able to build strong, lasting relationships.
As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite sales teams. You are recognized for your sales skills, your leadership and your ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
In addition, you stand out for your rigor, communication skills and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
