Your mission

Onet Security, Electronique & Accueil is recruiting a Sales Manager to boost its sales development.

 


Based at the head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Development Director, you will manage sales activity and ensure the development of national sales.

 


In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

 

  • Define and deploy sales strategy in collaboration with Area Managers and the National Development Department.
  • Identify development opportunities and deploy an offensive prospecting approach.
  • Set objectives, measure and analyze performance indicators and define action plans.
  • Lead, coordinate and organize sales activities by defining the actions to be implemented.
  • Supervise, support and federate sales representatives.
  • Develop sales skills through training and coaching.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture and customer satisfaction.
  • Play an active role in prospecting for new customers and promoting portfolio diversification.
  • Build and work on your own customer portfolio.
  • Carry out market research to inform sales offers.
  • Make regular visits to customers and prospects to establish lasting relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and monitor the renewal of contracts.
  • Ensures that invitations to tender are properly conducted and defends them with customers and prospects.
  • Represent Onet Security, Electronique & Accueil at industry events and promote the group's image.
  • Report regularly to your line manager.
Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5), you have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position, acquired in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the security or hospitality sectors.  

 

Customer relationship management and business development hold no secrets for you. As a networker, you are able to feed back information from the field and pass it on with a view to generating business. Preferably, you are familiar with local decision-makers and principals, and are able to build strong, lasting relationships.  

 

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite sales teams. You are recognized for your sales skills, your leadership and your ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

 

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, communication skills and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
