Your mission

The Payroll Expertise Department is recruiting an HR Access Trainer F/H for its HRIS Functional Expertise department.

 

As part of a team of 8 people, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Design and implement educational content (training programs and materials), as well as methods, tools and approaches adapted to the audience and meeting educational objectives. 
  • Monitor the pedagogical application of training courses
  • Measuring learning outcomes throughout the training process
  • Training organization, planning and logistics
  • Design and prepare training tools and documents (basics, test sets, exercises, quizzes, etc.).
  • Lead the training sessions entrusted to you
  • Assess trainees, draw up certificates and report on results
  • Participate in system evaluation
  • Help set up, operate and maintain teaching tools 
  • Write documentation for back office tools: online help, operating procedures, user guides and functional procedures.
  • Disseminate information on dedicated areas and keep them up to date
  • Promoting training initiatives
  • Participate in educational, technical, environmental and commercial monitoring
  • Respect and ensure respect for rules, methods and procedures (internal to the Group, legal and regulatory, management, etc.).

 

Your assets

With at least 2 years' experience of HR ACCESS V9, you are familiar with its specific features and enjoy passing on your knowledge.

 

You are recognized for your ability to teach, your people skills and your organizational skills. You have a good knowledge of regulations and standards in employment law, payroll, accounting and tax regulations, and administrative management.

 

You are comfortable speaking in public and leading meetings. You have good writing skills.

 

You are familiar with the use of information systems (spreadsheets, databases, ERPP) and the implementation of indicators and ratios.
