Your mission

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency in Maisons alfort, you will join one of our customer's sites located in Elancourt 78.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
Telephone reception
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
Make an appointment
Mailings
Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking)
Various administrative tasks
Meeting room management
Fleet management/parking
Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
