Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, he/she will have sufficient skills and experience to guarantee the proper execution of his/her mission. He/she represents the company's image.

The Nuclear Host/Hostess will be required to (non-exhaustive list, subject to change):

  • Ensuring the physical reception of accesses by checking certain prerequisites for the issue of accesses (FAAP, PP58, authorizations);
  •  Issue access and associated badges;
  • Orient, inform, wait on and direct visitors and/or customers;
    Process requests (FIDAA, PEI, AVH...), and prepare access and associated badges.
  • Preparing to welcome new EDF and contractor employees
  • Archiving and filing of files;
  • Regularize access granted outside business hours
  • Receive telephone calls;
  • Manage meeting rooms, computer equipment and consumable stocks;
  • Inform the Site Manager of any problems in the upkeep or maintenance of the premises;
  • Inform site protection of any abnormal incident;
  • Distribution of documents at reception and restocking ;
  • Ensure traceability of activity according to customer needs by keeping a table in the form of statistics.

In terms of skills, the host/hostess must have :

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: courtesy, elegance, tact, discretion, friendliness, politeness, smile ;
  • Self control ;
  • Neat presentation ;
  • Ability to communicate well and convey information orally and in writing;
  • Communication and office skills (Internet, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets) ;
  • Perfect command of spoken and written French, good elocution;
  • Rigor and punctuality required for the mission;
  • Sense of responsibility and autonomy of action;
  • Discretion and respect for instructions;
  • Ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances and/or crisis situations ;
  • Corporate knowledge ;
  • Knowledge of the company's environment in order to direct visitors (bus line, metro, cab rank, restaurant, etc.).
