As part of the development of our Radiation Protection activities, we are recruiting a Radiation Protection Design Engineer to assist our customer in its radiation protection activities.

The support to be provided is aimed at study managers and project engineers in the drafting of study documents relating to radiation protection, the preparation of ALARA committees and the monitoring of manufacturers' radiation protection studies.

Support can also be extended to on-site site preparation teams.

Technical skills required :

- EDPi/o calculations and ALARA procedures,

- Definition of radiological zoning,

- Designing biological protection systems,

- Radiation protection regulations,

- Definition of equipment for measuring and monitoring the radiological environment in nuclear facilities,

- Calculation of RCA / LDCA: definition of intervention conditions from a contamination point of view,

- Radiation protection calculations for all types of radiation: flux, fluence, dose rate, activation, spectrum aging.

Your assets

You have a 5-year higher education qualification, such as an engineering school or university equivalent, with a specialization in nuclear engineering, radiation protection, nuclear physics and radiation.

You have good writing skills and a good ability to summarize.

You have a good sense of priorities and are self-reliant.

You will be able to make suggestions on the methodology to be used to carry out the various services.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
