Offer description

Your mission

 

As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting a radiation protection design engineer to assist our customer, in particular on projects involving modifications and maintenance of French nuclear power plants.

 

This assistance is intended for study managers and project engineers in the drafting and monitoring of study documents relating to radiation protection, the preparation of ALARA committees and the monitoring of radiation protection studies.

 

Support can also be extended to on-site site preparation teams.

 

Skills required:

- Basic knowledge of nuclear physics,

- Basic knowledge of radiation protection regulations,

- Calculation of dosimetric forecasts and radiation protection optimization procedures,

- Radiation protection risk analysis

- Computer skills (Pack Office in particular),

- Mastery of the French language,

- Ability to analyze and summarize,

 

Enhancing skills :

- Knowledge of EDF radiation protection standards,

- Knowledge of calculation codes/software (Dosimex, MERCURAD, PANTHERE, MCNP, etc.),

- Experience of maintenance and/or modification projects.

Your assets

 

You have a 5-year higher education qualification, such as an engineering school or university equivalent, with a specialization in nuclear engineering, radiation protection, nuclear physics and radiation.

 

You have good writing skills and are able to analyze and summarize.

You have good interpersonal skills and are organized.

 

Fixed salary over 13.2 months + benefits.

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
