Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Reporting to the site manager, your main tasks will be :
o Analysis and continuous improvement of logistics processes: Help identify areas for improvement to optimize flows, reduce costs and improve service quality.
o Setting up and standardizing processes: Contribute to formalizing, documenting and disseminating operational procedures within logistics teams.
o Management and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
o Participate in defining and monitoring key indicators to assess process efficiency and propose action plans.
o Improvement project management: Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain, from reception to delivery.
o Operational support for field teams: assisting teams in implementing new processes, training and change management.
Off-peak hours: 5-11 p.m.
Training: Bac +4/5 in logistics, supply chain, methods
Technical skills: Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Pack Office
Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
