Onet is recruiting a Contracts Lawyer F/H for its head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) as part of a 6-month replacement fixed-term contract.

Working in the Business Unit and reporting directly to the Legal and Compliance Director, you will manage private and public-sector contracts.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze, draft and negotiate all types of contracts (customers, suppliers and partners)
Assist operational and sales teams in preparing responses to calls for tender, executing contracts and managing contract amendments
Advise on industrial plans and draw up commercial contracts related to the activities of Group companies (confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, collaboration agreements, partnerships, GME agreements, etc.).
Advise on pre-litigation matters and monitor litigation with lawyers and other stakeholders
Participate in drawing up procedures for the Legal and Compliance Department.
Provide occasional support on compliance-related issues

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5) in business law, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in a company. Ideally, you have already worked in the BtoB services sector.

You are recognized for your adaptability, tenacity, organizational skills and thoroughness. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. An interest in compliance is appreciated.
