Job description:
In compliance with the rules and procedures in force within the company, you will assist the Customer Manager in managing a customer portfolio by ensuring the quality of execution of commercial commitments, while guaranteeing the follow-up and completion of the glazing and exceptional work schedule.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Organize cleaning services, ensuring quality of execution and profitability of the contract
- Manage teams: replacements, follow-up, clocking-in and clocking-out, recruitment, integration, training
- Act as the customer's main point of contact on a daily basis
- Quickly resolve or escalate customer requests and/or complaints,
- Coordinate and carry out actions to improve work organization
- Collect all information useful for customer satisfaction and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and rules
- Carry out glazing work, stripping, waxing, carpet shampooing, etc.

Skills :
- Identify and pass on to line management solutions for improvements to be made on a site
- Participate in the recruitment of operational staff for replacements
- Communicate to teams information useful for the proper execution of services by appropriate means
- Organize your schedule in line with priorities and objectives
- Pass on to line management all requests received in the field (customers/employees)
- Maintain a high-quality social climate
- Practice and formalize professional interviews.

Skills:
- Master cleaning techniques
- Have a perfect knowledge of the specific context of each of the sites entrusted to him/her
- Participate in the costing of commercial quotations and the increase of sales volume by identifying additional sales
- Apply and ensure the application of hygiene, quality, safety and environmental rules
- Master the use of the Windows Pack Office, in-house applications, software and ERP.

Profile:
Ideally, you have a Bac Pro HPE or a CQP Site Manager (Cleaning sector), and experience in a similar position. You have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.). You have excellent interpersonal skills and are extremely rigorous. You are a good administrator, autonomous, proactive, organized and dynamic, and you make customer satisfaction your priority.

Immediate availability
Days worked : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (occasionally Saturday depending on operational requirements)
