Offer description

Your mission

To support the growth of our engineering projects for the nuclear industry, we are recruiting an experienced mechanical design draftsman.

You will work on projects for major nuclear contractors, creating special mechanical equipment for testing, handling, maintenance, repair and operation of nuclear facilities. (national and international deployment)

You will be required to use innovative, highly technical resources such as remote-controlled equipment, mechatronics, robotics and special machines in highly constrained (submerged, highly radiated) or even extreme environments.


As part of a multi-skilled project team, you will be involved in the various phases of special machine development. (feasibility, preliminary and detailed design, manufacturing, etc.).

Your missions are as follows:


  • You're looking for solutions,
  • You'll be working on 3D modeling,
  • You carry out functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing,
  • You produce assembly drawings, detail drawings and bills of materials,
  • You do mechanical pre-sizing,
  • You manage technical documentation (justification notes, consultation notes),
  • You take part in the prototyping of proposed solutions (3D printing/machining/boilermaking/assembly/tuning),
  • You will prepare manufacturing launch files and follow up with suppliers,
  • You participate in and draft assembly procedures for the devices designed,
  • You take part in the qualification plan and on-site tests.
Your assets

You have a 2/3-year degree (DUT GMP / BTS CPI or Licence en Génie Mécanique) with a specialization in mechanical engineering, ideally with 8 to 10 years' experience, in the nuclear and/or special machine sectors.

You are familiar with SolidWorks and/or CATIA V5 software.

Knowledge of SolidWorks PDM software (optional).

You enjoy working as part of a team, and are recognized for your commitment, rigor and autonomy.
