Your mission

As part of its expansion, BS Santé Propreté is recruiting a Design Office Manager.

Based ideally around Paris and reporting to the Director of Health BS, your main missions are as follows:

Respond to public and private tenders in the healthcare field
Analyze specifications
Auditing sites and seeking optimizations
Meet prospects and customers in advance of tenders
Study project feasibility (matching resources to specifications)
Quote proposed services and assess the profitability of operations
Project short, medium and long-term budgets
Draft technical and administrative files
Redesigning the commercial offer
Validate financial and technical files
Integrating, training and supporting new arrivals
Manage multidisciplinary teams (field and support)
Draft annual activity reports and formulate recommendations

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position (technical and commercial) in the cleaning and healthcare sector. You have developed a solid network and know the players in the sector.

Rigorous, curious and creative, you are able to propose innovative solutions to customers and prospects. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.

You have a flair for figures and are recognized for your writing skills. You have a perfect command of office automation tools, particularly Excel.
