Reporting to the Branch Manager and/or Operations Manager, you will manage your team to ensure that cleaning services are carried out properly, that customers are satisfied and that your objectives are met. You will be in direct contact with your customers and will be required to visit their sites and premises on a regular basis. Your missions are based around 4 main areas:
Management / Operations:
You supervise team leaders and service agents,
You ensure that your team's cleaning services are delivered to your customers,
You optimize your teams' assignments and schedule planning,
You ensure a lasting social climate,
You supervise the organization of worksites and sites (personnel, working hours, services, equipment, products) to guarantee the financial profitability of your operation,
You carry out checks and ensure compliance with specifications,
You analyze, comment on and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager or Branch Manager,
You ensure customer reporting in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Quality Manager.
Business Development :
You regularly monitor the customers in your portfolio,
You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the day-to-day interface with them,
You suggest additional and exceptional work and draw up estimates.
Human Resources Management :
You select and recruit staff,
In collaboration with your agency, you make requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses and overtime, and pass on contract, payroll and invoicing information to the administrative departments,
You carry out weekly check-ins,
You ensure that staff are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work,
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are respected,
You represent the company when prevention plans are drawn up and ensure that they are followed up,
You monitor safety-related clearances and authorizations,
If you have at least 2 or 3 years' higher education in management, business, administration, technology, hygiene, cleaning or equivalent, and have gained initial successful experience in site supervision and team management, this position may be of interest to you.
Ideally, you will have significant experience in the cleaning sector, but profiles with a background in operational team management in service, industry, logistics, retail or equivalent will also be considered.
You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.
