Onet Services Industries in Loon Plage provides
technical services (hydrocleaning, suction/backflow, high and very high
pressure, etc.) for its customers, large industrial sites throughout France.

As such, the Onet Services Industries agency in Loon Plage is recruiting :

an Operations Manager

Your main tasks are :

Organize, supervise and lead supervisors and team leaders
Participate in setting up the branch organization
Preventing and managing conflict
Maintaining a good social climate
Lead and implement the policy defined by the Branch Manager

Your assets

You have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally in the cleaning sector. Knowledge of the industrial sector would be an asset.

As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.

You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
