Reporting to the Sales Department and working as part of the team dedicated to managing our national key account customers, your main tasks will be :
Business development :
- Implement the key account strategy within its scope
- Identify decision-makers, customer issues and obtain contacts of targeted prospects
- Organize responses to tenders, in synergy with the relevant internal departments
: Offer & Projects, Agencies, Regional Divisions, etc.
- Carry out and coordinate the overall response to invitations to tender for key accounts, covering the various commercial, technical, legal and financial aspects
- Participate in the organization of presentations and conduct all phases of negotiation
- Provide expertise and support to the regional sales network.
Portfolio management :
- Define and deploy account plans specific to each customer in the
portfolio
- Develop sales with account customers (cross selling,
contract amendments/upgrades)
- Drive commercial relations, carry out loyalty-building actions, guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Guarantee compliance with bilateral contractual commitments, ensuring the quality of services provided
- Manage customer sales performance (sales, profitability, etc.), aligning actions with customer expectations and needs to maintain a relationship of trust.), aligning actions with customer expectations and needs to maintain a relationship of trust
Monitoring and reporting :
- Maintain a commercial watch on products and technical innovations within its scope
- Manage activity and quality indicators
- Consolidate internal account reporting, in coordination with the regional sales network
- Carry out and enforce quality audits on accounts, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction
- Manage its activity using the Group CRM tool.
With a BAC+5 in Engineering, Business or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in managing large public and private accounts and in selling services.
You are familiar with the decision-making processes involved in
service-related markets such as cleaning and facility management. You know how to build and
negotiate commercial proposals based on technical, financial and
legal aspects.
You are rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable.
