Offer description

Your mission

As part of our development, we are recruiting an Operations Manager. (f/h)

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Monitoring, managing and coordinating worksites (from site preparation to site closure)

Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the planned conditions and in line with the company's safety/security guidelines.

Participate in the drafting of technical documentation.

Ensure technical interfaces with the various parties involved

Respect and ensure respect for the company's contractual commitments

Anticipate and manage the human and material resources required, ensuring that the team meets the conditions for intervention.

Guarantee the technical feasibility of interventions and the associated methodology in order to contribute to collective performance

Analyze and manage the resolution of problems and propose technical solutions with the aim of improving the conditions under which work is carried out.

Manage subcontracted services on its sites and coactivity on its sites

Participate in technical costing meetings, site meetings and team meetings

Occasionally participate in the drafting or writing of technical-commercial offers (additional work, AO), estimates, costings, etc.

Tracking indicators

Collect all information required for financial monitoring, invoicing and site budget follow-up.

Your assets

You have proven experience in site management and team management.

You ideally have 1st experience in a nuclear environment.

Computer skills.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
