Reporting to the HR Director of our Onet Technologies BU, and working closely with the Group's Recruitment and Mobility Department, you will participate in the development of our internal mobility policy and external recruitment strategy. Your main responsibilities revolve around the deployment and coordination of Onet Technologies' recruitment policy. You will manage the recruitment plan drawn up in line with the strategy defined by management. You ensure compliance with the Group's recruitment/mobility policy. You are also responsible for the employee cycle process (onboarding, PPE, personnel reviews, offboarding). In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
Management :
- You will manage and lead a team of around ten multi-site recruitment managers.
- You organize load plans and define individual kpi.
- You support them as they develop their skills.
- You evaluate and monitor the budget in line with the BU's needs and objectives, in liaison with the Group's Recruitment and Mobility Department.
Recruitment :
- You coordinate Onet Technologies' recruitment plan.
- You participate in the development and management of the global recruitment/mobility strategy.
- You work with the Group's recruitment and mobility department to harmonize procedures.
- You take charge of certain critical and/or strategic recruitments.
- You will lead actions to promote diversity and inclusion in line with the Group's strategy.
- As a true business partner, you support and participate in the development of calls for tender.
Internal mobility :
- You are responsible for steering, producing and monitoring the various forms of mobility (voluntary, managerial, etc.).
- You take part in the analysis of PPE and peoples review, with a view to internal mobility of employees and the company's needs.
School relations :
- You define, develop and manage school partnerships in line with business needs.
- You coordinate the ambassador network and take part in school events.
- You manage work-study and internship campaigns (launch, production, integration).
Communication and employer branding :
- You implement internal and external communication initiatives in conjunction with the communications department.
- You develop the employer brand by boosting our presence on the networks.
Collaborator Cycle :
- You are responsible for onboarding and monitoring new recruits.
- You contribute to employee commitment tracking systems.
- You conduct exit interviews and oversee offboarding arrangements.
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in HR, business school, work psychology, economics and social sciences, IEP or equivalent.
You have proven experience in leading and managing a recruitment department. Ideally, you are familiar with an industrial and/or nuclear environment. You have experience in team management.
You are familiar with various interview and sourcing tools and techniques (face-to-face, group, directive, semi-directive, telephone, video calls, job boards, social networks, tests, etc.), as well as ATS application management tools (ideally TalentSoft) and computer databases.
You have excellent interpersonal skills. You're a good listener and a good communicator. You are rigorous, organized and autonomous. You have a sense of service and ethics. You are responsive and available, and you have an analytical and synthesizing mind, as well as excellent writing skills.
Awareness of safety culture in a constrained environment is a plus.
