Reporting to the Human Resources Director of the Cleaning and Services BU, and with a functional link to the Group Recruitment and Mobility Department, you will participate in the development of internal (transfers, promotions) and external (recruitment) recruitment policies in line with strategic development priorities. In this capacity ;
- You will be responsible for recruiting executive profiles within your scope: defining needs, interfacing with managers, sourcing strategy, selecting candidates and assisting with decision-making.
- You will coordinate and lead regional HR/recruitment relays in the recruitment of supervisors and workers: definition of kpi, skills upgrading, follow-up, etc.
- You will steer, manage and monitor seasonal and/or event-based recruitment campaigns.

- You lead actions in favor of diversity and inclusion in line with Group strategy.
- You ensure integration and follow-up processes for new recruits.
- You define, develop and manage school partnerships relevant to the needs of the business lines.
- You manage work-study and internship campaigns: launch, recruitment, indicators, etc.).
- You ensure compliance with procedures and process improvement: tools, innovation, AI, etc.
- You evaluate and monitor the budget in line with the BU's needs and objectives, in liaison with the Group's Recruitment and Mobility Department.
- As a true business partner, you support and participate in the construction of calls for tender.
- In liaison with the Group's recruitment and communication departments, you contribute to the development of the employer brand to make the company attractive to potential candidates, and represent the BU at recruitment-related events: job fairs, forums, school relations, etc.
- You take part in cross-functional projects: HRIS, reorganization, outplacement, quality, deployment of a new monitoring tool, etc.
- You train and support operational managers in their recruitment activities.
- You report regularly on your activity.
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in HR, business school, work psychology, economics and social sciences, IEP or equivalent.
You have at least five years' experience in recruitment within a corporate HR department or a recruitment agency.
Experience in recruitment in the high-density service sector and in HR projects (process development, school relations, etc.) is required.
You master the various interview and sourcing tools and techniques (face-to-face, group, directive, semi-directive, telephone, etc.).
