As part of the development of a safety culture and the prevention of occupational risks, the trainee will take part in a specific project on the prevention of falls, a major risk in the cleaning and transport sector.
Main tasks
Carry out an inventory of fall-risk situations (field observations, interviews, analysis of work-related accidents).
Contribute to the development and deployment of appropriate awareness-raising tools (practical information sheets, posters, safety talks).
Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures with managers and field teams.
Help build monitoring and reporting indicators for actions taken.
Capitalize on best practices and propose a continuous improvement plan.
Bac+3 to Bac+5 student in QSE, Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent field.
Interest in risk prevention and field work.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with operational teams.
Analytical and synthesizing skills.
Autonomous, dynamic and practical.
Duration: 4 to 6 months (depending on course)
