Reporting to the Head of General Services, you will play a central role in the modernization of our IT infrastructures and in the deployment, supervision and maintenance of digital tools to support employees and operational performance.
You will manage the IT business, supervise two work-study students, and actively contribute to the digital transformation of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- IT and telephone fleet management: overseeing the hardware lifecycle (orders, deployment, maintenance, renewal), monitoring assignments and obsolescence.
- User support and assistance: providing first-level support (workstations, network, telephony), diagnosing incidents and coordinating with the IT Department for escalations.
- Infrastructure and network: installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment (Wi-Fi terminals, switches, routers, supervision screens, etc.) at head office and in branches.
- IT projects and refurbishments: active participation in technical rollouts for branch openings, relocations or refurbishments, in liaison with the IT Department and external service providers.
- Supplier administration and follow-up: participation in the technical selection of equipment, management of orders, follow-up of invoices and supervision of IT stock.
- Team supervision and coordination: supervision and support of two work-study students in their daily tasks (equipment deployment, support, inventories, maintenance).
- Innovation and continuous improvement: driving force behind the introduction of new tools, infrastructure modernization and optimization of IT practices to improve internal performance and customer service quality.
This position combines technical skills, coordination and initiative.
It involves occasional travel to our sites in France.
With a technical background in IT, networks or maintenance (minimum 2 to 3 years' higher education), you have 5 years' significant experience in managing IT and telephone equipment, ideally in a multi-site environment.
Expected skills:
- Solid grounding in IT networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, security).
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Mastery of asset management, ticketing and supervision tools.
- Knowledge of telephone and office equipment (PCs, smartphones, printers, screens).
- Keen interest in new IT tools and technologies to modernize processes and improve efficiency.
