An engineering and services company, Onet Technologies supports nuclear industry players in project development, operation, maintenance in safe conditions and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.

Our activities cover three main areas: reactor design, maintenance and modification; dismantling, decontamination and nuclear waste treatment; operator services and training.

Reporting to the Methods unit, you will work on technical and organizational processes to optimize work methods related to our nuclear activities.

Your main tasks:

Participate in defining, implementing and improving working methods and technical procedures.

Carry out data analysis and monitor performance indicators (time, costs, quality).

Work with operational teams to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and update technical documents and methodological supports.

Ensure regular reporting of actions and results using internal tools (Office pack, ERP, etc.).

Participate in training and skills transfer to field teams.

Your assets

Ideal profile:

You are comfortable using the Office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have good analytical and summarizing skills.

You are interested in industrial methods and would like to work in a demanding technical environment.

You are rigorous, organized and enjoy working as part of a team.

Initial experience in industrial methods, ideally in the nuclear or industrial sector, is a plus.

You know how to adapt methodologies to the specific constraints of the SOGEVAL and Orano Tricastin sites.
