Join us, we're looking for 1 Technico-commercial F/H on a sandwich course.
Working in the LYON branch, in direct contact with the sales manager and the sales team, you will be trained in :
- Implementation of an action plan, its follow-up, analysis and reporting.
- Prospecting and discovering customers and their needs,
- Adapt to different environments and contacts, thanks to a varied professional clientele with different constraints (healthcare, public sector, agri-food, industry, cleaning companies, etc.).
- Develop technical expertise in hygiene and cleanliness that will position you as a recognized professional,
- Propose and cost a relevant solution adapted to the customer's needs (performance, costs, personal protection and safety, CSR, etc.),
- Conclusion of sales, follow-up until delivery and any disputes,
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assignments can evolve according to your degree of autonomy, your skills and opportunities.
A permanent position may be offered on completion of the training.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, ideally 1 year,
- Excellent presentation, good interpersonal skills
- Driving licence required
- Conquering and challenging spirit, strong taste for sales and customer satisfaction
