Sales Research Manager

I provide our customers with a relevant and personalized response project, guaranteeing the economic profitability of our services and integrating the quality of service required for calls for tender.

Analyze: I have to understand and analyze the needs of customers and prospects in order to propose technical solutions compatible with their objectives (costs, quality...); I have a real appetite for figures;

 

Providing solutions: I prepare quotations and commercial offers by studying the feasibility of projects beforehand, I draw up costings and support the sales team;

 

Working as part of a team: I coordinate my work with cross-functional/national/group bids, checking economic conditions and, if necessary, drawing up specifications for monitoring procedures; I liaise with operating teams during site deployment.

Studies 

I carry out the technical costing and the sizing of resources and other means of technical solutions compatible with the customer's objectives;

  • I analyze the tender documents assigned to me
  • I draw up an estimate of services
  • I propose solutions to optimize and enhance our offers
  • I visit sites to understand their environment and specific features

Expertise

I keep the activity monitoring dashboards up to date and provide help and advice to the teams.

  • I take part in physical meetings to support sales teams (site visits, sales presentations, contract reviews, audits, etc.).
  • I contribute to the deployment of projects, in liaison with the sales teams and the operations network.
  • I audit the sites within my scope, identify any malfunctions and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
