Reporting to the Saint-Nazaire agency, you will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning services are carried out smoothly and that customers are satisfied, while complying with current social and professional regulations and ensuring safety.

To this end, your missions are as follows :

Operation :

Organize and manage worksites (exceptional/additional work).
Ensure and monitor the proper application of cleaning services.
Perform site replacements.
Manage teams of service agents.

Equipment management and maintenance :

Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution.
Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been carried out.

Customer relations :

Maintain customer relations and satisfaction at all times.

First experience in the service industry, ideally in the cleaning sector.
