Your mission

The Health and Safety Prevention Manager for the Cleaning BU is responsible for compliance with certification standards and ensures the health and safety of our employees, while guaranteeing compliance with current regulations.

Your main tasks are:
Health and Safety Policy :

  • Define the Health and Safety Policy for the Cleaning BU in line with the Onet Group's Health and Safety Policy and the BU's roadmap.
  • Define the annual roadmap that each Region implements to roll out this Policy
  • Managing and monitoring accidents
  • Leading the network on prevention and health and safety issues
  • Participate in IRP meetings
  • Drawing up national prevention plans
  • Define and monitor relevant indicators to drive improvement in health and safety performance within the scope of the Environmental Services BU, consolidating the same indicators in the Regions (results, prevention actions, contextual factors, etc.).

Operational OHS :

  • Contribute to the management of the Quality, Safety and Environment management system and to the implementation of health and safety standards for the waste management sector.
  • Prepare and participate in management reviews (for health and safety perimeters)
  • Ensure proper audit planning and allocation of internal auditors
  • Manage the assessment of regulatory compliance of waste management activities from a personal health and safety perspective (employees and the surrounding public, including the transportation of hazardous materials).
  • Alert management in the event of major non-compliance or high-stakes issues
  • Identify the resource requirements (human resources, expertise, techniques, tools, methods) of the Regions in order to carry out their missions and achieve the assigned objectives.
  • Manage national health and safety projects specific to the waste management division or shared with other BUs.
  • Promote the network of regional QSE managers in the areas of health and safety: safety days, challenges, communication media, etc.
  • Provide input on health and safety management methods
  • Organize specific health and safety training sessions for the QSE Managers' Network on an ad hoc basis, as required.


Position of CEFRI Designated Manager :

  • Manage the radiation protection management system (RMS) and train supervisors
  • Plan and manage CEFRI certification audits and ensure compliance of employee-related records (medical check-ups, training, exposure sheets).
  • Ensure that radiation protection advisors carry out their duties properly and support their recommendations, anticipate resource requirements
Your assets

You have a minimum of 5 years' similar professional experience in the QHSE field. You have a Master's degree in hygiene, occupational safety, environment, or an equivalent engineering diploma. 

Ideally, you will have audited in a company with certification to work in an INB zone.

You are familiar with and apply health, safety and environmental regulations (with regard to industrial risks), as well as ISO 45001, CEFRI and MASE standards.

You're no stranger to ADR and ICPE regulations.

You have excellent anticipation and writing skills. You are recognized for your good interpersonal skills and your ability to work effectively in a team.
