Convinced that the strength of the collective enables us to achieve great things, we want to enable our employees to evolve and grow within our Group.
 

Since its foundation in 1860, Onet has developed around strong values: listening, respect and boldness. It is this shared vision that unites the men and women of our collective.

But who better to talk about Onet than our employees? We give the floor to the men and women who make us what we are every day.

What our employees have to say

Investing in skills is a strong commitment and a major social role for the Group. Enabling our employees to grow, develop and improve their performance encourages motivation and loyalty.

In a series of videos posted on our YouTube channel entitled " Nos collaborateurs en parlent ", we highlight the diversity that illustrates our Group. A diversity of careers, backgrounds and profiles... that is our strength and our wealth!

Our employees talk about us

It's a company that believes in internal development and, above all, it's a company that gives people the chance to grow. When I started out, I was a cleaning service agent, and today I'm a branch manager in the Paris region.

I started out as a service agent, and ended up managing the site I started out on as Area Manager. And then I became Operations Manager.

Because managing and capitalizing on in-house talent and identifying potential is of paramount importance, we place great emphasis on in-house training, through our corporate university.

Onet University is a fine example of our commitment. Its aim is to develop the skills of all our employees, from operatives to managers, in all professions. 20% of the Group's future site managers who go through Onet University started their careers as cleaners, security guards, receptionists or handlers.

Because our culture is based on people and proximity, and because our employees' personalities count just as much as their skills, we are committed to fairness and equal opportunity in our recruitment.

I was offered the chance to join a group with human values, which is what I was mainly looking for in a new adventure. It's a new challenge, both personal and professional. When I wanted to change employer, Onet seemed to me to be a family group, and every day I check it out!
