However, if you would like to send us a cover letter, please make sure that it is tailored to the position in question and addressed to Onet.

There's nothing worse for a recruiter than reading a cover letter for a job with a competitor!

Tip #2

Let's talk CVs!

Be sure to send us the latest version of your application, including your contact details and most recent experience.

Remember to reread your CV and check that the telephone number given is still the right one, for example.

You've got a new message!

We're interested in your application and one of our recruiters will call you.

Not available or not wide awake?

Don't worry, we'll leave a message if we can't reach you.

Remember to check your voicemail regularly.

Tip 4
Be in good condition

When our recruitment team contacts you, don't hesitate to ask for a call back.

If you're not in the right frame of mind to talk, don't hesitate to point this out to the recruiter and offer to call back at a time when you're more relaxed.

As a bonus, you'll be able to quickly (re)visit our site and reread the job offer before discussing it together.

Tip 5
Be punctual

We offer face-to-face interviews or videoconferences (Microsoft Teams), so make sure you're on time!

It's better to leave a little more margin when setting up the appointment than to arrive late and out of breath for the interview.

Look after your presentation

Although clothes don't make the man, take care with your presentation.

Be yourself, be natural while remaining professional!

You don't need to know the history of the group from A to Z, but make sure you know the main information, the different activities of the group, its values for example, and reread the job offer for which you are applying.

Don't hesitate to prepare a few questions to ask your interviewer.

The recruiter's role is to make the candidate feel at ease during the interview, but don't lose sight of the objective. Be polite and professional, and use language appropriate to the situation.

Show your curiosity

If there's anything you don't understand, or if you need clarification, don't hesitate to ask questions and rephrase them if necessary.

Reaffirm your interest

The interview confirmed your interest in the job and you'd like to tell the people you met about it?

Make sure you have their contact details at the end of the interview, so you can reaffirm your motivation for the job by e-mail.

This will also enable you to follow up with your contacts if you don't hear back from them after a few weeks.
